Garuda Superkids Awards 2011

The Garuda Mall has celebrated its 6th Anniversary from 6th May 2011 to 19th May 2011. On this occasion the Mall has been conducting a Dance Contest titled “The Garuda Superkids Awards” for kids between the age group 6 years and 15 years.

The event was inaugurated by popular Sandalwood Actor, Sri Ajay Rao on 6th May 2011. The auditions for the event were conducted from 6th May to 13th May 2011 wherein about 250 children participated in 3 categories viz., Group, Senior Solo and Junior Solo. Out of these 10 groups, 13 children each for Senior Solo and Junior Solo were selected for Semi-finals. The Semi-finals were conducted from 16th to 18th May 2011 and the children have showcased their talent before the popular judges. After the semi-finals, 6 Groups, 8 Senior Kids and 8 Junior Kids were selected for the Finals.

The Grand Finale of GARUDA SUPER KIDS AWARDS 2011 was held on Thursday, the 19th May 2011 starting from 6.00 pm. The kids had showcase their talent in front of high profile judges. The Guest of Honour for the grand finale were Sizzling Sandalwood Actress Ms. Ragini Dwivedi, Sandalwood’s Rising Superstar and the very talented Actor Mr.Yash!! The guests witnessed the grand finale and the kids made them to come to the Stage. Mr. Yash danced for super hit song “jockey jockey…” and Ms. Ragini danced for Hindi song. The entire crowd enjoyed and encouraged the Guests. Following are the winners who have won the GARUDA SUPER KIDS AWARDS 2011.

In the Group Category – Flying Birds
In the Junior Boys Category – Sadhwin S Shetty
In the Junior Girls Category – Varshini
In the Senior Boys Category – Nikhil
In the Senior Girls Category – Smitha
have won the title.
